Forums idea?

Since the current consensus seems to be that these forums aren't as good as we'd like them, I think a good idea might be to just transfer everything over to a facebook group. There's discussion boards, we can more effectively spread news and they've got a handful of features.

Just a thought.

EDIT: Otherwise, what are we doing to advance the site? Who's in charge? Would anybody be willing to assist with a new site? I'd certainly be willing to. Idk, let's get a good site going!

Warden still says he will tranfer rights of the old domain, if this is the way we are going, then lets possibly do that. If not, Free fourms are fine. I know i am sounding like a broken record, but i dont want facebook.

For those against the idea: I'm talking about creating a facebook for the purpose of mFc interaction and nothing more. It's no different than creating a forums account. Fuck, make the name of your facebook be your username. It's not such a stupid idea, people just have preconceived notions about the social aspects of facebook that are affecting their ideas of the organizational possibilities.

Closed mindedness makes one look unintelligent. Do you even KNOW what services groups and pages offer? WE could have an mFc group, with a page you can subscribe to for TWL, one for HON events, one for server news, one for whatever and then based on what your mFc interests are, it'll filter information relevant to you.

I actually wouldn't mind a fb page for mFc. would make it alot easier.considering i rarely check our forums cause nothings ever worth looking at is on here lately.
and if you dont have a fb or dont want one who cares, we should still make one for the people who have facebook and those who dont can use the forums.

Someone should find out about the old Domain, it would be awesome if that could be obtained.

So lets do both. Lets keep main stuff here where it is a bit more private, and use FB to Advertise us as well. We can do both. Please no requirement (or shit{this means you IndeNted}) to join FB.
